Right now it almost feels as though my heart is broken and my lungs just aren’t doing their job. I want to move out of my parent’s house, they are controlling ( like beyond normal parental controlling), unreasonable, and my main reason for feeling like shit all the time. I love my family I really do but I just feel so trapped all the time. My step-mother is constantly telling me how horrible I am, I watch her kids, clean her house, cook, go to school, have a job, and am basically supporting myself. I am torn between so much and don’t know what to do. =/
I am here if you need to talk… If you need help finding resources to assist you with getting your own place let me know. Are you able to stay with your boyfriend? It is a shame that you do not have more family support. Just remember you are not alone.. ((( Hugs))))

I used to cut and had a very difficult time stopping. I haven’t cut in a while now and it’s all because I think of those I hurt by hurting myself. When I really feel helpless I write and toss and turn and try my hardest to fight the urge to cut. It’s difficult but I strongly feel that it can be done with a lot of support and will power.
It can! Writing helps me, too. I haven’t cut in over a year — maybe two years now, I’m not sure — but about a week ago I really wanted to. i just did my best to talk myself out of it and fought the urge. It’s weird how strongly those urges can come back!
