I’m 17 years old and struggle with a variety of mental illnesses (depression, borderline personality disorder, ptsd, add, ocd, an eating disorder) as well as self harm and suicidal thoughts. So… hey.
I’m Ron. I learned of this site through a friend and I absolutely love the concept. It’s awesome and I think it’s the gateway for some real good.
About me. Well, I’m 29 and from Toronto. I don’t really know what to tell you about myself. One of the biggest problems I’ve had is describing just who I am. Even on online dating sites, for example. I don’t really know what my interests are so what exactly do I write?
I tend to be more creative and write stories and try to weave in the few things about me that I DO know for sure. I find them entertaining. Others think it’s too wordy. I prefer the ones who find it entertaining!
I’m a lonely guy. I may as well just be honest with that. I have a lot of online friends and a handful of real life friends but I just feel so out of place and like I don’t belong. I rarely see them or hang out with them so it just feels weird. Maybe that’s why I’m here? Pass the time with some letter writing?
… and I guess that’s me.
